watercraft mechanic - San Diego

I am a water craft mechanic, i went to the university and attend the mechanical engineer course in mexico, i live in baja california and own my own shop, but i am now interested in development of propultion systems for boats and underwater vehicles, but in mexico you cant survive with new ideas, you will be judge as a craizy or a dremer, i am lookin to work on a related field, i have my mechanical engineer title,and 30 years of boating experience , since the mark 58 to the verado´s or from elto to the etec. if i can find a good team of persons with the same ideas, te i am ready to work on personal submarines ,watercraft design,rov. i love the ocean and the san diego weather. thank, my web site is www.paralamoto.com
