One garage parking space and limited storage space is included in room rental along with use of the washer and dryer. Internet access, cable TV and all utilities are included. Guest parking is available on the street. This home is located in the nice quiet community of Hillsborough Meadows in Paradise Hills which is close to library, post office, freeways and shopping at Plaza Bonita. Rental of room includes full use of nearby Recreation Center (available for parties) plus two pools (adult lap and family), two large hot tubs, tennis courts, parcourt fitcenter and work out room with gym and exercise equipment. One month's rent as a deposit and $25 application credit and background check processing fee.
