Account Executive - – San Diego

As an Act-1 Account Executive, you will be responsible for building & maintaining a client base and acting as their staffing consultant. You will assist clients with contract, temp-hire and direct hire positions. You will source, recruit, and interview potential candidates and recommend them for employment to your client companies. Position requires both inside and outside sales, cold calling, prospecting, and making presentations to potential clients.

Excellent ability to multi task in a fast past environment
Experience in negotiating and closing sales
Confidence in phone sales with both warm and cold calling
