Cutting edge sustainability firm seeks a Project Manager for this exciting division. A large customer base is already established and demand for this service exceeds current availability in the marketplace. Responsibilities include conducting site audits, report preparation and providing customers with consultative services. Liaison with vendors in relation to service issues and contract management; maintain documentation to verify customer is in compliance with relevant legislation and/or sustainability initiatives; maintain pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues. Successful candidates will have a clear understanding of and personal dedication to the concepts related to Sustainability, Bachelors Degree in Environmental Sciences, Business Administration or Accounting, and possess LEED AP and/or CHMM certification. Other desirable attributes include a strong communication skill set, ability to work with varied company cultures, and an aptitude for easily explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
