About our Client:
One of the largest Microfinance Organizations in the world, based in Del Mar, CA seeks organized, proactive, and eager Donor Relationship Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO- The Donor Relationship Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for managing his relationships and communications with Opportunity's top 200 donors. Looking for an Executive Assistant to act as an ambassador for the CEO to large donors and be able to anticipate and have the foresight to manage donor moves. Minimum of 8-10 years executive level administrative work and a Bachelor's degree preferred, not required. Pay is DOE and client is looking for the best!
Software Requirements: Advanced proficiencies with Word (mail merges), Excel (database entry), PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet research. Superior grammatical, editing and proofreading skills.
