Retail Manager
Will work side by side with the regional supervisor from Mexico
2-3 years regional manager experience in the clothing business
Someone who knows how to buy and purchase
No degree necessary, but experience in retail is needed
Fully bilingual English/Spanish
Travel, 30% of the job
There are 9 stores in total that you will help oversee, will do one store visit per month
Someone who has great ideas and input on how to improve different areas of the stores
If management is doing something wrong, what can we do to fix it type attitude
Each store has 3-4 employees and this includes the manager
A huge focus of the job is sales

A true multi tasker
You will travel in your own car, but all expenses are covered, gas, hotel, food
You will train for a few months with the regional supervisor from Mexico in their down town San Diego facility.
We want you and the regional manager to teach each other and learn from each other, give each other ideas on how to do improve the stores, bring innovative ideas to the table.
This company specializes in discount clothing, selling men, kids and women's; the focus of the business is women's clothing being about 80% of the retail.
There will be a commission structure set in place depending on the profitability of each store.
